Book Signing

Poppy Tooker, author of LOUISIANA EATS, will be holding a presentation and signing at the Cooking Demonstration Tent. The presentation is titled “Louisiana Eats: The People,
the Food, and Their Stories” and will be held from 1:15 pm to 2 pm, and the signing will be from 2:15 pm to 3 pm.

Will also be at the Pelican Tent form 4 to 5 pm.
