Jennifer Hill Booker, author of FILED PEAS TO FOIE GRAS, will be preparing a 9 course menu featuring Field Peas to Foie Gras recipes at Fenix Restaurant located in San Rafael, CA from 6:30 – 9:30pm on Tuesday night. Of course she will be selling her books as well.
