About the Author
Lynn Sheffield Simmons received a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and a master’s degree in special education from Texas Woman’s University. She is a member of Phi Delta Kappa honorary fraternity and has taught in public schools for many years. She lives on a small farm in Argyle, Texas.
