As Americans, we have the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. But how do we actually pursue happiness? And, more importantly, how do we attain it? The answer is really quite simple:
Learn how to say no sometimes.
Choose your battles carefully.
Don't make life more complicated than it is.
These and ninety-three other common-sense instructions reveal that the secret to being happy lies both within the simplicity of everyday life, as well as within ourselves. We have the power to make ourselves happy. Ninety-Nine Ways to Be Happier Every Day shows us how.
