About the Author
Pat Sinclairis an award-winning cookbook author, cooking instructor, and food consultant with more than two decades’ experience as a recipe developer. She received the Cordon d’Or from the Academy of Culinary Arts and her clients have included Land O’Lakes and Pillsbury. A syndicated newspaper columnist, Sinclair regularly appears on television in the Twin Cities.
About the Photographer
Food photographer Joel Butkowski has been creating award-winning images since the 1980s. His mouth-watering compositions have been used by restaurants, grocery chains, and national food brands. Actively involved in his local arts initiatives, he is the past president of the Minnesota chapter of the American Society of Media Photographers. He is also the author of Using Digital Cameras, the pioneering book in digital photography. He lives in St. Augusta, Minnesota.
