“Diners hungry for the amazingly sophisticated menu Anthony has created in his father’s shack of a restaurant had best plan a trip to town before May--or buy the new Uglesich’s Restaurant Cookbook, by John Uglesich, son of the owners . . . or, preferably, both.” --Julia Reed in the New York Times
